{"id":70801,"date":"2022-12-16T16:24:20","date_gmt":"2022-12-16T15:24:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lcgb.lu\/?p=70801"},"modified":"2022-12-16T16:24:20","modified_gmt":"2022-12-16T15:24:20","slug":"piquet-de-protestation-a-la-seo-absence-de-dialogue-social-et-manque-de-respect-a-lordre-du-jour","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lcgb.lu\/fr\/2022\/12\/16\/piquet-de-protestation-a-la-seo-absence-de-dialogue-social-et-manque-de-respect-a-lordre-du-jour\/","title":{"rendered":"Piquet de protestation \u00e0 la SEO &#8211; absence de dialogue social et manque de respect \u00e0 l\u2019ordre du jour !"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Dans le cadre d\u2019un piquet de protestation devant le si\u00e8ge de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00c9lectrique de l&#8217;Our (SEO) \u00e0 Stolzembourg, le LCGB revendique le respect du dialogue social ainsi que des salari\u00e9s de la part de la direction de l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s que la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation du personnel et le LCGB ont \u00e9puis\u00e9 toutes les possibilit\u00e9s \u00e0 leur disposition et que le dialogue social interne avec la direction a \u00e9chou\u00e9 \u00e0 plusieurs reprises, le LCGB a d\u2019abord contact\u00e9 les administrateurs d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s et finalement le ministre comp\u00e9tent pour les informer sur les dysfonctionnements existants.<\/p>\n<p>Mais aucun \u00e9change constructif ne se poursuivait. Les probl\u00e8mes sont tout simplement ni\u00e9s ou minimis\u00e9s. Ce comportement irresponsable ne peut pas \u00eatre dans l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat des actionnaires de la SEO, parmi lesquels figurent notamment l\u2019\u00c9tat luxembourgeois et la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 allemande RWE Generation.<\/p>\n<p>Le LCGB d\u00e9nonce les dysfonctionnements suivants au sein de la SEO :<\/p>\n<p><strong>Emp\u00eachement massive au travail des d\u00e9l\u00e9gations<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Outre l\u2019adaptation des rapports de r\u00e9union, le licenciement abusif d\u2019un d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9 du LCGB, des avertissements injustifi\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019encontre du pr\u00e9sident de la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation et l\u2019emp\u00eachement d\u2019utiliser les cr\u00e9dits d&#8217;heures pour le travail de la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation, m\u00eame un r\u00e8glement intol\u00e9rable des r\u00e9unions de la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation a \u00e9t\u00e9 discut\u00e9 par la direction, ce qui aurait rendu un \u00e9change constructif quasiment impossible.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Modification arbitraire de r\u00e8glements internes <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Non seulement la direction a \u00e9dict\u00e9 de nouvelles r\u00e8gles internes sans y consulter la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation du personnel, mais celles-ci ne sont en aucun cas compr\u00e9hensibles et varient selon les services, ce qui entra\u00eene une in\u00e9galit\u00e9 de traitement entre les collaborateurs. Cela provoque une ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e9rale et montre que la direction ne suit pas une ligne claire.<\/p>\n<p>Un exemple concret en a \u00e9t\u00e9 le plan d\u2019\u00e9quipes, appliqu\u00e9 pour la premi\u00e8re fois en janvier, remis en question d\u00e8s le mois de juin et modifi\u00e9 sans concertation de la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation du personnel. Le LCGB a d\u00fb intervenir et a signal\u00e9 de graves violations du droit du travail, qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 corrig\u00e9es en automne, apr\u00e8s la pression syndicale massive.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Surveillance non transparente des employ\u00e9s <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;installation de cam\u00e9ras de surveillance s\u2019est faite sans possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9change entre la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation du personnel et la CNPD. De plus, un trop grand nombre de personnes ont inutilement acc\u00e8s aux enregistrements. Le dialogue social fait \u00e9galement d\u00e9faut dans ce contexte pour assurer la transparence.<\/p>\n<p><strong>N\u00e9gation des probl\u00e8mes existants<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La mauvaise ambiance de travail due \u00e0 un traitement inacceptable des employ\u00e9s, les changements fr\u00e9quents de plans de travail et les rappels de cong\u00e9s ainsi que les refus de demandes de cong\u00e9s ont conduit plus de 30 employ\u00e9s \u00e0 quitter volontairement la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 au cours des 3 derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tant le ministre de l\u2019\u00c9nergie que le conseil d\u2019administration de la SEO et la direction de l\u2019entreprise portent dans ce dossier leur responsabilit\u00e9 afin de rem\u00e9dier imm\u00e9diatement aux dysfonctionnements existants. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Le LCGB revendique le respect des r\u00e8gles du dialogue social, l\u2019arr\u00eat imm\u00e9diat de toute forme de harc\u00e8lement envers les membres de la
