Suite \u00e0 une croissance du secteur au Luxembourg et des gains importants du LCGB lors des \u00e9lections sociales de 2019, cette nouvelle structure a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9e afin de pouvoir efficacement obtenir des am\u00e9liorations au sein des entreprises et rem\u00e9dier \u00e0 un \u00e9ventuel m\u00e9pris des employeurs. En outre, les salari\u00e9s de la navigation fluviale doivent \u00eatre inform\u00e9s des services offerts par le LCGB et la pr\u00e9sence du LCGB doit \u00eatre renforc\u00e9e.
