Anschlie\u00dfend an eine Informationsversammlung am 24. Februar 2016 und auf Initiative der Personaldelegation, welche die Unterst\u00fctzung der gesamten Belegschaft genie\u00dft, wurde eine Aktion f\u00fcr \u201eDienst nach Vorschrift\u201c am 14. M\u00e4rz 2016 begonnen, welche die ganze Woche \u00fcber dauern wird.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Die Aktion soll die Missbilligung des Verhaltens der Direktion anl\u00e4sslich der Verhandlungen zum Ausdruck bringen, da diese die Entwicklung der Geh\u00e4ltertabelle (welche seit Jahren besteht) versucht zu bremsen, und dies vor allem f\u00fcr die Lehrbelegschaft.
